Welcome to the Kaiser Permanente Online Member Service Page. We at Kaiser Permanente are committed to providing our members with a fast, simple, convenient, and cost-effective way to order contact lenses, now with the ability to view and apply benefits to your order, if available. In addition, you can review your order history as well as view all your optical prescriptions, including eyeglasses. Although this site is for ordering contact lenses only, you may also track any eyeglass orders you have placed at Vision Essentials here.

Currently, this website can only be used to order soft/disposable contact lenses. To place a rigid gas permeable (RGP or GP) lens order, please call your eyecare professional or by calling 800-813-2000 option-3 to place an order for an existing fitting with a current Rx.

If you are using our contact lens online service for the first time, please see our “first time user guide” before you begin. When you’re ready to start, have your Member I.D. Card available, since you’ll need to enter your ID number and other details to confirm your identity. Click “Create your account” and follow the prompts to set up your username and password.

If you’ve used the system before, simply enter your username and password, and click “login”, to begin your order or review account information.
