30 Day Total Satisfaction Guarantee
We want you to feel good about your look. If you are not completely satisfied with your prescription eyeglasses, you may exchange or return them for a complete refund within 30 days from the date of original delivery.

90 Day Prescription Guarantee
At Kaiser Permanente, we make every effort to make the most accurate prescription eyewear in a timely manner. If for some reason the doctor requires a change in prescription, we will gladly make the change at no cost to you. A doctor’s change is any change within 90 days of delivery of the original eyewear prescription. The member would cover any added cost above the original purchase price. Doctors outside the Kaiser plan are not covered.

Premium Frame and Lens Warranty (PFLW)
When you purchase your eyeglasses, you may want to consider our Premium Frame and Lens Warranty. This $20.00 warranty provides a 50% discount for the frames, lenses, or both if your eyeglasses can’t be repaired. This extended warranty will replace the eyeglasses if it is lost. The warranty starts on the delivery date of the original eyeglasses.
